Learn life-saving bleeding control techniques in this hands-on workshop, featuring the remarkable survival story of Steve Bruemmer, who received a total of 33 units of blood after a great white shark attack in June 2022. The workshop coincides with National Blood Donor Month and marks Natividad Trauma Center’s 10th anniversary. The blood drive is part of a four-day initiative sponsored by KSBW and Vitalant. Vitalant is Natividad’s blood supplier.
