Free healthy cooking demos are being offered this month at the Everyone’s Harvest farmers market at Natividad Medical Center:

• Wednesday, Oct. 21, at noon: seared salmon with kale by chef Todd Fisher of Tarpy’s Roadhouse in Monterey.

• Wednesday, Oct. 28, at noon: warm squash dish by chef Brandon Miller of Mundaka in Carmel.

The first 12 participants at each will receive a $10 produce voucher to use at the market, at 1441 Constitution Blvd.
