As our hospital’s chief executive officer – and as a family physician – I am proud of the vital service we provide. I’m also proud and happy to announce that we’re enhancing our relationship to the community in a rebranding campaign that better illustrates our mission and presence.
First, we are now Natividad, no longer Natividad Medical Center – It’s a clean, straightforward name with immediate recognition. It also speaks to our broader role in Monterey County through our health department clinics and community programs that offer care and guidance aimed at keeping patients healthy.
And we have a new tagline, inspiring healthy lives, a commitment to helping those we serve to live the healthiest, most fulfilling lives they can. Our doctors, nurses, specialists and support team members are dedicated to the quality care that helps patients feel less vulnerable and gets them back on the road to healthy lives.
We offer a lifesaving top-in-class trauma center, an acute rehabilitation center that gets people back on their feet, a neonatal intensive care unit that gives parents hope and infants a fighting chance, and education programs that help patients turn the corner on chronic disease.
With the name change, we’re introducing an updated logo and upgraded website. You’ll see new advertising, along with improved signage in and around campus.
Regardless of who you are or what your circumstances may be, we are inspiring healthy lives at Natividad. As we enter this new era, we pledge to continually strive for excellence.
