Salinas’ Natividad Medical Center one of 16 winners of Business Excellence Awards Announced July 27 by Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce

SALINAS, CA (August 1, 2017) — Natividad Medical Center (NMC) was one of 16 top winners announced July 27 at the 31st Annual Business Excellence Awards (BEA) Dinner hosted by the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce (MPCC).
With the win in the Healthcare, Fitness, Wellness & Senior Services, NMC automatically becomes a finalist for the 2017 Business of the Year Award, which will be announced in 2018.
More than 400 Peninsula business and community leaders gathered at Monterey’s Portola Hotel & Spa to celebrate 48 businesses exemplifying excellence in their fields and saw top honors awarded to winners in 16 categories.
The 2017 BEA event marked 31 years of showcasing the best of the best, voted on by the public and Chamber members to represent the top performers of their fields. The five categories on the first BEA ballot has grown to 16 categories. And the rules have been refined over the years.
